We have been travelling to Tenerife for the last 20 years and have never before used AirportTransfers.co.uk In the future we... would only ever use AirportTransfers.co.uk and would highly recommend them to our family and friends. They were so reliable, helpful and easy to locate on arrival at Tenerife. Arrangements for our return were very professional and on the day of our departure, the driver arrived early and was happy to wait until all our party had arrived. We have kept their contact details for our return to Tenerife in October.

We had a bit of a problem we checked in with the desk at Tenerife they ticked us off there list and we were told to wait a few... minutes. After about 20 minutes we went back to the desk to see when we would be taken to our Hotel. The chap then said we did not have a booking. After about another 15 minutes he came back to say everything was all right. About 10 minutes later we were taken to our vehicle. We feel this is not how we expect to be treated as we had booked a private transfer so we can get to our hotel quickly.

The cost of AirportTransfers.co.uk was certainly cheaper than other options. It probably took a bit longer but we did see parts... of the island we wouldn't normally see. We will definitely use this service on our next visit.
