I haven't received my confirmation email yet?
Your confirmation email is sent immediately at time of booking. If you haven't received it there is a good chance it may have been wrongly identified as spam (especially hotmail addresses). Please check your junk or spam folder first before contacting us. If you haven't received your confirmation email, but can login into the members area, a receipt can be obtained from there.
My holiday destination has changed, how do I change my booking?
If you change resort or number of people in your party you must let us know in advance by using the customer help page. We will be able to quote you for the required change, then update your booking if necessary. You will then be required to login to the member area to download your new vouchers.

Availability. The site will then search for the best details matching your criteria. If any are found, they will be listed on the page, along with the type of transfer, the price and a booking button. By clicking on 'Book > >' you will be taken to the start of the booking process.
Flights
My flight times have changed, what do I need to do?
Login to the members area using the details contained on your confirmation email. Once logged in, select 'Update Flight Times' from the affected booking. Please give us as much advance warning as possible.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
As well as flight times, when you book you are also required to supply flight codes. Local agents abroad use these flight codes to check exactly when your flight will arrive. Hence the agent should know exactly when to expect you.
General
Do I need to confirm my transfer with the local agent coming back?
Full instructions that are accurate for your booking can be found on your voucher. However in most cases you must confirm with the local agent your pickup time for the journey back. Please ensure you leave in plenty of time to get you at the airport for atleast 2 to 3 hours before your flight.
Travelling with wheelchairs
In most destinations wheel chair adapted vehicles can be obtained for transfers. These are indicated in the search results specifically titled "Wheel Chair Adapted Transfer". Please only select this option to be guaranteed a suitable vehicle for your transfer to and from resort.
What do I do when I arrive abroad?
Full instructions specific to your booking can be found on your voucher. However, generally when you exit the plane, collect your luggage then make your way out of luggage reclaim. The local agent or transfer supplier specified on your voucher will be waiting at a desk or on foot. Approach the agent and tell them your surname, presenting them with your AirportTransfers voucher. The agent will then guide you to your form of transport.
Payment Methods
What is 3DSecure?

The 2 common methods are Verified By Visa, and Mastercard Secure code.
What methods of payment do you accept?

Prices
Are prices per person or is that the total price?
When you search for availability of a transfer, the prices you see are the TOTAL PRICE of your booking. We firmly believe that the price you see is the price you pay!
Aren't your prices really cheap?
Yes!
We work very hard to bring you the cheapest prices we can on airporttransfers.co.uk.
We don't pay for any advertising and rely on customers finding us through search engines or other holiday sites. This saves us having to inflate our prices to cover those costs.
