How does it work?
It's quick and easy to book your transfer. You simply need to search for your destination online, choose your dates, and make a decision on whether you want to go privately or in a shared vehicle. All you need to do is login to print off your transfer vouchers and keep these safe.
When you reach the destination to meet your transfer, simply collect your luggage as you normally would and head towards arrivals. Once there, you'll either be met personally by your driver who will be clearly holding your name on a sign, or you should follow the directions given on your voucher to the specified meeting place.
Shared transfers may not leave the airport straight away since you may be waiting for passengers to join you from later flights. We recommend getting hold of a bottle of water for the journey just in case.
If you've got a transfer booked for your return, you'll receive some form of communication, either via text message directly to your phone or via fax to your hotel, 24 to 48 hours before the time and date to arrange your exact pick up time. Alternatively you or your hotel reception may be required in some destinations to make contact locally in order to arrange a time, as per the details on the vouchers. If you'd prefer the contact be made directly to you, make sure to supply your mobile number with your details when booking.
Private v Shared
The decision is really up to you and how much you'd prefer to pay. Private transfers are always going to be the easiest and quickest option: you’ll be taken immediately from the airport to your accommodation without having to wait for the other passengers to arrive, whereas shared transfers will usually need to make stops at multiple resorts. The downside to this though is the pricing, as a vehicle all to yourself can be a little more costly than one where the price has been shared out.
Brilliant, the only qualm we had was that on the return journey the driver was half an hour late. We called the office and the... reason was that they had a different pick up time to ourselves. Not a massive problem, would still use again.
